The Topsy Turvy Tomato Tree sold by Felknor Ventures LLC has been found to have a potential defect that can cause one or more of the unit's legs in its metal stand to slip out, causing the unit to fall over.  This creates a potential of injury should it hit somebody during its fall.

 You are advised to not assemble the Tomato Tree you purchased.  If already assembled, please do not attempt to move it.  You should disassemble the tree.

We apologize for this inconvenience but we want all our customers to be safe.  Please return to place of purchase or if you prefer to return your Tomato Tree to us for a full refund.  We will send you a check and just ask that you send a piece of the bag fabric to us and discard the rest of the stand.
